Lee R. Martie is an attorney representing individuals in criminal law, personal injury, general litigation, and appeals. Lee comes to the Weikel and Boyd Law Firm PLLC with 14 years of legal experience.

Lee has an extensive background in criminal law. He did his undergraduate internship with Hennepin County Juvenile probation in the Intensive Probation Division. Lee worked for Boy’s Totem Town, a juvenile correctional facility in Ramsey County. He first started his legal career as a law clerk for Ramsey County Public Defender’s Office, United States’ Attorney Office, Central Minnesota Legal Services, and the Wright County Attorney’s Office.
 
After he was admitted to practice in 1997, he was an attorney for a private law firm and Central Minnesota Legal Services. Lee represented clients in family, criminal, and variety of other litigation matters. In 2002, Lee was an Assistant Wright County Attorney. For eight years, Lee handled a variety of cases from felonies, misdemeanors, juveniles, children in need of protection, termination of parental rights, and planning and zoning violations. Lee returned to private practice in 2010 and joined Weikel & Boyd Law Firm PLLC in October of 2011.
