We are Hiring!

ATTORNEY SOUGHT FOR OUR GROWING FIRM:

Are you a solo attorney that lacks other attorneys in the office to brainstorm about your legal theories of a particular case? No support staff?  Profit margins of less than 50% of your collections? Or maybe the business of running a law practice is hindering your ability to find the billable work and to perform the billable work? By bringing your portable book of business and experience through your employment at the Weikel Law Firm, you will be able to spend the majority of your time on finding and performing billable work instead of on managing the accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing of clients.

The Weikel Law Firm is seeking to add one MN licensed attorney by the end of the third quarter that has a portable book of business in a complimentary practice area to our existing areas. An attorney with the desired attributes that has only a small portable book is still invited to apply.  Attorneys in a current group practice but looking to maximize compensation and further develop their practice with advice and encouragement from the current members of our firm are also invited to apply.

The Weikel Law Firm Offers:
·         Competitive compensation with no salary cap
·         Compensation for originating new clients
·         Retirement plan with an employer match

·         Reasonable billable hours expectations to maintain work/life balance

What the Weikel Law Firm Expects In Return:
·         Regular involvement in the Ramsey community and surrounding areas – networking & volunteerism
·         Author informative articles of 200-400 words (or longer if you like!) 1x/quarter in your practice area for a blog, FaceBook fan page, website, e-newsletter, etc.
·         Class A service to all of the firm’s clients
·         Participate in client generating activities on a weekly basis
·         Commitment to developing practice niches
·         Commitment to taking steps to becoming the “go-to” attorney in your practice areas for other attorneys and professionals
·         Active professional and self development activities – reading, seminars, etc.
·         A positive attitude and respect for all members of our administrative and professional staff
·         Loyalty to the vision and mission of the firm
